Any reproduction, representation, modification, or adaptation of all or part of the platform without the express written consent of Pinfly is prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Pinfly strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the platform. However, Pinfly cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Pinfly shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to or use of the platform, including any damage to hardware, software, or data.
